Invitation au Championnat de France de Iaïdo

 

 

 


Dear friends,


We propose for your accommodation during the EIC of 2010 in PARIS, three levels of price. These levels are named A, B, and C (the more expensive to the cheaper).
According the days of your stay in Paris, we are proposing 4 formulas with the following services:


5 nights with breakfast, on the basis of twin rooms, from the 10th to the 14th included,
4 lunches in the sport hall place, from the 11th to the 14th included,
For choices A and B hotels only (*), 4 dinners (**) for the 10th, 11th, 12th and 14th.

4 nights with breakfast, on the basis of twin rooms, from the 10th to the 13th included,
4 lunches in the sport hall place, from the 11th to the 14th included,
For choices A and B hotels only (*), 3 dinners (**) for the 10th, 11th and 12th.

4 nights with breakfast, on the basis of twin rooms, from the 11th to the 14th included,
3 lunches in the sport place, from the 12th to the 14th included,
For choices A and B hotels only (*), 3 dinners (**) for the 11th, 12th and 14th.

3 nights with breakfast, on the basis of twin rooms, from the 11th to the 13th included,
3 lunches in the sport hall place, from the 12th to the 14th included,
For choices A and B hotels only (*), 2 dinners (**) for the 11th and 12th.


(*) For C choice of hotel, the dinners are not included because there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are some low cost restaurants in the neighbouring of the hotel. This hotel (one star) is a low cost hotel but it is in the same building that the sport hall.
(**) The dinner of the 13th is not proposed because it is replaced by the Sayonara party

Thus, when registering your team member, when you choose A1 for example, that means that you choose Hotel category A and formula 1 according to your stay.

Take care because the choices will be taken in account according the registration order. (we have 80 places on choice A, 60 places on choice B + referees and official delegations of ZNKR + EKF, and 50 places on choice C)

Referees are not to be registered except for the extra day of the 10th, knowing that France Federation take in charge the stay of referees from the 11th to the 14th included + SAYONARA fees.
